The working hours for processing bank transfers are every working day from 09:00 to 16:45 - OAE time.

No fees are charged when funding an account via bank transfer. For interbank currency transfers, it is possible that the client's servicing bank may charge fees that are beyond RCX Global's control.

RCX Global does not accept payments from third parties. Only bank accounts with the holder of the management contract are accepted. If the feed is not made from a bank account in your name, the transferred amount will be blocked.

In the reason for the bank transfer, write down the number of the management contract and the three-letter CIN code that you wish to supply. The recipient of the funds is RCX Global - FZ LLC.

When importing funds in a currency other than the currency of the trading account, the amount will be converted at the current rates of the receiving Bank (RAK Bank).

​

For a transfer from a foreign bank, the address of the servicing bank branch is required: "RAK Bank - RAS Al Khaimah".

When depositing amounts by bank transfer, the client may be asked to fill out a Declaration of Origin of Funds and additional documents.
